All About Alison Hull Physiotherapy
I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Bristol School of Physiotherapy.

I worked for 7 years in the NHS, at The Hammersmith Hospital and St Mary's Hospital Paddington.
I then started in Private Practice in 1988 in Richmond Park Clinic and worked there with the director of the clinic, Cathy Rowlandson, for over 30 years.

I have studied alternative medicine and particularly the real holistic approach. I did courses in Acupuncture, as well as keeping up with different approaches to treatment in sports medicine, taping and joint management.

I am a registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy CSP and Health and Social Care Council. HSCPC.
I am a member of Physiofirst for Physiotherapists in private practice.

What really inspired me was studying and practising the emotional connection to the physical body and how they cannot be separated. My hands-on approach has allowed me to connect to the energy of the body and use that in our assessment and treatment process.

In 2012 I qualified as a certified rehabilitation practitioner. I become a member of JEMS-Joanne Elphinston Movement Systems. This has boosted my ability to assess the body’s adaption to different stresses, both physical and emotional. It is a continuing learning process for everyone, of any age or ability.

15 years ago I started my own practice based at home , Alison Hull Physiotherapy. I love the connection with the local community and now this is my main focus. I work in a dedicated treatment room with good access and a balanced atmosphere.

What I love about my job is there is always something new to learn and experience and I love to share it.
I feel strongly that age should not be a barrier to health care and am dedicated to keeping all generations as mobile and well as possible.
